NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE |

The National Executive Committee, NEC is the decision making organ of the OFNC. All office holders do so entirely as unpaid volunteers. NEC meets 4 times in a year to discuss all matters arising from the branches and various groups, OFNC projects, finances etc. It retains oversight of all the branches of OFNC and grants recognition to new ones. Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting, AGM is the General Assembly and the meeting of all the membership of the organisation usually held during the month of August at the National Conference.
It is chaired by the national chairman and its functions includes the appointment of Auditors, receipt of reports, new branches and new officers.
It also has the power to amend the constitution and remains the final authority over decision making within the OFNC.

Patrons
Their role is advisory and they act as custodians of the Aims, Objectives and Vision of the OFNC. Details of Patrons will be available in due course.

| The OFNC is run essentially by unpaid Christ-loving volunteers. We are funded by voluntary givings, tithes and offerings of members and friends. We therefore value both your prayers and financial donations towards the work of the OFNC. |
