| The NEC of the OFNC has a policy to include as many people that wish to attend the conference as possible (subject to space availability and financial resource). The planning committee has therefore drawn up eligibility criteria for receiving subsidies. The respective Area Secretaries will approve these subsidies. In exceptional circumstances, the National Chairman may authorise subsidy. |

| No delegate will be deemed registered without the MINIMUM deposit of 50% of the total amount payable. |
